I collaborated with Stel Design to create their new teaser video in full CG. In this project, I provided direction to the team and took responsibility for the entire process, from the initial ideation to the final motion graphics. I oversaw the entire project, managing directing, storytelling, and the production schedule. I also coordinated the workload of each motion graphic designer and took responsibility for the final deliverable.
STYLE FRAMES
I aimed to animate the products of five brands introduced by STEL Design in a way that reflects each brand’s identity.
For the Google Pixel 3, I focused on highlighting the product’s material and clean design against a simple background while emphasizing the unique features of the stretch band.
For Thuma’s furniture, I used soft natural lighting to accentuate the sleek design and showcase the organic wooden textures in various colors.
For the Fitbit Watch, I aimed for a more dynamic motion and vivid colors to capture both the watch's concept and its appeal as a smartwatch for kids.
For Google Phones and Google Earbuds, I maintained Google’s signature minimalistic design while showcasing STEL Design’s collaboration with Google. Since STEL provides an AR experience that allows users to explore products in 3D, I wanted to highlight how consumers can interact with these products in an AR environment.
I created my assigned scenes using Cinema 4D and Redshift. The color grading, correction, and compositing for all scenes were done in After Effects.
Thank you for watching!
